We have that going on here too.

You should have put an omlette as the last picture. LOL! (p.s. I’m Elena & Chris Johnson’s niece…love the blog!)

Welcome Naomi! Glad you enjoy the blog. Didn’t Elena do a great job on our logo? It will be featured all across our new website which will be up and running soon.

An omlette picture would have been great! Unfortunately my omlettes aren’t very pretty – I’d have to copy a picture of someone else’s cooking 😉

Elena always does an awesome job. Wish I had the talent from her little finger. Can’t wait to see the new website and read more of your adventures. Cheers…or rather MOO!

I was hoping to see a picture of frying chicken. That would have completed the cycle! 🙂

We did the frying pan on Barnardette the odd hen who turned out to be Barnard the unnecessary rooster. He really was a little tough, but the taste was good. The old hens are now 3 years old, their egg laying is sporadic, and the new girls are laying well so it is about time to put them in the stewpot. Slow, moist heat is the key they tell me with older birds – I’ll let you know 😉
